I received an error message while trying to create my password.

If you are receiving the message that states "That email or phone number has already been registered" or are being returned to the sign in page after signing up, please download the app and attempt to login using the email and password combination you entered on the sign up page.

Common problems:

  • When creating your account, please use the email as your login that your coach used to send you the invitation.  This is the email on file and needs to be recognized within the uCoach system
  • You will not be able to login to the mobile app until you create your account. You will need the email invitation that was sent to you by your coach
